Can someone look at the third chapter of my book for me. Please!!!?

You're a very good writter, and the story is pretty interesting. The dialouge is a little weak, though. Just for me personally, "Hey Debbie, can you get me an asprin?" doesn't have a nice flow. Also, "The only thing more precious to her was a necklace that she never took off her neck. A golden locket with two pictures inside of it." is too much. You can condense that to "The only thing more precious to her was a golden locket with two pictures inside." or something like that. Remember that in writing, less is more. In terms of plot, I kind of feel (i know this sounds heartless) that the story of the poor little orphan is kind of cliched, but that's just me. I like that the girl lives in a hospital because that's an interesting point of veiw. You've got the basis of a good story on your hands, but remember, edit, cut cut cut and edit!

Grabbing food and putting it to his mouth is very new to him. Don't get discouraged with him not wanting to eat that stuff yet. When a child is that young a little food is always going to waste rather they are too full to eat or drop it before it hits their mouth and what not. don't worry about it. He will pick his food up and eat it when he is ready. just keep food feeding him in the mean time. Try giving him his own spoon as well so he can explore it at every meal time.

The big bump that you feel at the top of your stomach could actually be its bottom. Unless your waters have broken or something already the Dr doesn't normally check dilation until you are in labour. My last baby was feet down until the my last check at 38 1/2 weeks and they said until the baby decided to turn they would not consider a c-section. she turned eventually and all was well. good luck.

Should I be upset that my parents ignored their grandkids today, didn't even call?

I had been trying to call my parents all day so that my girls could talk to them and wish them a merry christmas. Well, the phones were turned off all day. I finally called my uncle at 8:30 tonight and asked him to tell them to call me that there was something wrong with their phones. I ended up finding out from my uncle that my parents turned off their phones and are refusing to talk to anyone because they are in a bad mood. I am so upset about this. I think it was really wrong of them to ignore their grand kids on Christmas. Do I have a right to be pissed off at them, they live a whole 5 minutes from me and couldn't call me or even stop by to see the kids on christmas. I am expecting to drop my baby any day now and decided that this christmas I would not be leaving my home like I have done every year for the past 6 years and they knew that. I am currently a senior in college majoring in comparative religions. I was initially going to go on to grad school for psychology in order to become a school psychologist eventually but lately I have been thinking about teaching. Since it is too late now to change my major (I'm graduating in a semester), how would I go about becoming an elementary or middle school teacher in California if I have a BA in something other than teaching? Also, is it any different to become a teacher in a Catholic or private school? I am open to public or private, really, I just would like to know how to go about this. I have always found it odd how a "free country" can be so censored. We censure words, , movies, television, radio, etc. Yet, when I went to Europe censorship is so much less. is not seen as bad or unclean as it as seen here. the first milk you get is thick and hard to pump (colostrum) you can try to pump it but dont get frustrated when you only get a tiny bit. once your real milk comes in you can pump alot more. its easier if you have a double pump. i would get on a schedule that you can continue after you go back to work. so if you get a break at 10am and lunch at noon make sure you always pump at the same time frame and your body will get used to the schedule and have more milk for you at those times.

It feels like he pain and itchiness is on the inside of the skin behind my belly on rather than around the outside of the skin. Any ideas on whats going on? Question about condoms...?

When my boyfriend and I have we usually use a condom, but I've noticed that when we use condoms they create an uncomfortable burning sensation inside me, whereas when we don't use condoms it feels good. Need Help! Trying to figure out what my husband's throat pain might be.?

For about the past month or so now my husband has been complaining of a sore throat, and it's a a deep down soreness. He says he can tell it's not his tonsils, and he has no fever or hot/cold flashes, but he does get an aching sensation in his upper chest at times. He's also said that it feels like par of his throat is blocked off and feels 'raw' and is making it much more difficult to swallow, and that even eating ice cream or soups is becoming painful. I have no idea what could be wrong, and I can't get him to see a dr. He has the macho man idea of 'real men' don't see dr.'s, they tough it out. ::sigh:: I'm partly wondering if it could have anything to do with the fact he did smoke for over 10 years, but he quit back in March and as far as I know hasn't had a cig. since then. How can someone stay positive when everything goes wrong?

I've always had a less than easy life. Parents divorced, my family abandoned me, I was surrounded by abusive people, forced to move a lot, religious cult cause they were the only ones who loved me, cheating boyfriends, a serious health problem in my 20s that got me fired because I always had to go to the doctor, an ulcer infection that almost killed me because I didn't have insurance, and now money issues that never end. Through all of this I've done all I can to keep my head up. Most people would be floored to know I have any trouble at all because I've tried so hard to be better and not bitter. I just don't think I can fight the discouragement I feel anymore. It seems like there isn't a compionate, merciful person on earth. How to book out camping site near sykes hot springs, big sur?

I am going to big sur in a couple of weeks and trying to book out camping. it seems like all the big ones (pfeiffer, big sur campgrounds, etc.) are all booked out, but saw there seem to be some awesome hot springs there too. I read there were three different campgrounds along the 10 mile trail (barlow flats, terrace creek, and sykes campgrounds) but I'm wondering if they might be all booked out, and how I might be able to book them. I was on for a day (vey light) then the next day I had no bleeding. The third day i was light again and then it stopped. I feel sick, tiered, I have a headache. I am almost 15 and 5'6 1/2 and weigh 99 pounds I eat about 900 calories a day(some day more some days less) I still want to lose some more weight. I do 100 or more sit ups and 200 push-ups and 2 or 3 day a week work out 30-60 minuets on the wii fit. I have a 23in waist 31in hips 17 3/4 thighs aand bust 31. i would like to have smaller right now I have a size 32A. I want to be a high fashion/editorial model and I am currently having a growth spurt(1 1/2 in 2 1/2months and still growing a lot more) my mom and dad are pretty tall and I have a size 8- 8 1/2 feet. I wear size 00 and could wear a kids 12 slim or 10 normal. I can't sleep at night sometimes because of hunger I think(I am not sure). I do not want to become curvy or womanly at all I looking like a boy. Becides fashion models are super skinny. Is there a way that I can eat 1200 or more and not gain weight. I also want to stay size 00 degisners like models that thin(I think). You can also see my spine and ribs and hip bones very easily. Can I continue on this diet or do I have to eat more?

Elderly woman keeps leaving her dog crap right outside our patio, how do I handle this?

We live in apts and always lived upstairs, now we're downstairs and there are always mounds of dog crap right next to our patio and the apts have the lawn mowed twice a month, so we've had dog crap flung all over our patio and patio doors just bcuz someone isn't picking up after their dog. I'm uming its a elder woman who lives caddy corner from us but there are a more dog owners here so I don't want to knock on her door and start complaining when it might not even be her. Then my husband feels bad thinking that maybe the woman is just too old to be bending over picking up after HER dog. There is an entire lot that the dog can go why right next to us? We've let the apt mgr know and she could only post notices to everyone that they are in fact suppose to be cleaning up after their dog but nothing's changed. If anything its gotten worse but the owners leave the crap even closer to our pation and the entry way. How the heck do I handle this? I'm sick of having to watch where I step and constantly cleaning up after an animal I don't even own.

Getting around a smalll stripped screw?

Ok, so I'm extracting some screws from an iPod touch (Phillips #00) only to realise that one's that are in there are for some reason a security screws. Why do mother in laws always think they know more than you?!?

Does anyone get dreams that something insane or scary comes towards you and you can't move? I had two kinds of these dreams. I don’t know what M2 type is or what AIIMS is, but here are too many unknown factors to answer you. 52 is not too old for a bone marrow transplant so I’m not sure why the doctor would say that. AML is often therapy induced and progresses rapidly and is fatal in 2-4 months. All of these questions should be explained to both of you by her oncologist. She should get a second opinion now.

Our landlord came and wanted to do repairs/upgrades on the house after we had vacated but before the 1 year lease was up and was not happy that the utilities were not on during that period. Sliding Doors (Gwyneth Paltrow, John Hannah) is a great movie. The ending is a nice twist, which combines both feelings of sadness and joy. I know, weird combination. And as a guy, I am surprised that I like this movie. Just Like Heaven (Reese Witherspoon, Mark Ruffalo) is cute. I'm sure there are more that I can think of, but they are escaping me at the moment. You should really check out Sliding Doors. I think it is a really underrated movie, or just not well known :)
