Is this guy in my school, a hater? If so, how do I deal with him?

I think he is a hater because he claims that he gets all the girls, but He is obnoxious, rude and inconsiderate around other people. But lately I've bee getting news from some of his friends that he is jealous of me because I have a better chance of scoring than him. People say that I'm a pretty cool guy, not annoying, and I am a good mannered guy. So how do i get by this before it gets Outta hand?
