I'm 35 weeks and almost certain the baby is still breech...when would the dr. be concerned?

The big bump that you feel at the top of your stomach could actually be its bottom. Unless your waters have broken or something already the Dr doesn't normally check dilation until you are in labour. My last baby was feet down until the my last check at 38 1/2 weeks and they said until the baby decided to turn they would not consider a c-section. she turned eventually and all was well. good luck.
