Army wives help wanted here! When your husband returned from a deployment...?

Any wives out there who's husbands have returned from Iraq...was he different? Were there problems? This is our second deployment, but the first to last 18 months. I've noticed some small things that might portend problems such as PTSD. I want to be as prepared as possible to help him if he does come home with problems from this war. Any thoughts or experiences? Please no rudeness here.
