Runescape help!!! Green dragons help?

Hey. Am level 103 and I was wondering what would be the best armour for both ranging and meleein green dragons. I have 21 mil and I was thinking about buying full dragon with a full helm. Thanks. There may be typos be ause I am on my iPod
