Why do I dream of my loved one's dying?

Sometimes when I dream at night, I have a dream about a natural disaster or another catastrophe coming towars me and my family doesn't believe me even if its in front of them! Sometimes I even have to leave the person there to die. I urge them to come but I have to go to safety a second before the catastrophe happens. Can anyone tell me what this means?
