Misdemenor pending charges?

i applied for a retail job and have it as long as i p the background but i was arrested on june 26 for minor in poss of alcohol, obstruction, fake id, and criminal tresp all are misdemenors. all these charges are curently pending so i wanted to know what someone who has experince in hiring retail what they would do in that situation. also how likely am i to get the job with the current pending charges.
