Lookig for a nice all inclusive resort on the Pacific side of Mexico.?

Usually go to Puerto Vallarta but am a bit disappointed with the mirky water on the beaches. Looking a nice all inclusive resort that has clear blue green waters, nice waves for boogie board (body surfing) and where I can stay for a week that includes airfare for around $1000.
