Trying to lose weight? This is waht I had today..?

drink only water, i did that today (5 bottles) and lost 3 pounds, (im 13, male, 5'7, and 125), also switch to the negative calorie diet (google it), its okay to cheat OCCASIONALLY when on the neg cal diet, exercise aaaaaalottttttttt, whenever possible, good luck!
