Has anyone purchased an A-ROD game used bat, glove, etc. that does not appear to be game...?

Bats and alike only have to be picked up during warm-up or game time to be considered "game used." Sometimes the player will take bat or pitching practice with a bucket of or a whole box of bats, just to have these to sign and sell.
