What is needed aside from my letters because Im confused?

I was distraught with what happened to me this afternoon, I was asked to vacate my hostel and I cannot figure what I will have to apply again, I have wasted too much money in a cyber cafe I dont know what Il have to repeat I dont understand the clues its plenty but its not very helpful. Please be more specific. I need rest but you will not let me so help.
