Is this a good workout program?

That sounds good but cut out the croissant. VERY fattening. Try whole wheat toast, eggs, whole grain cereal, things like that. And add cardio. In order to lose weight, you HAVE to do cardio. I do just 3 or 4 times of 45 minute walks each week and that does the trick, keeps me slender.
