Are there laws against using licensed products in a business but not reselling those products?

I would like to start a business, I'm sorry if i am to vague but bear with me please. In this business i will allow my patrons to utilize the use of equipment, but i will not be reselling the items. If I purchase the products through a retail store or wholesaler, would i be liable for any financial restitution or comissions?
