Do you think my diet is ok?

I am almost 15 and 5'6 1/2 and weigh 99 pounds I eat about 900 calories a day(some day more some days less) I still want to lose some more weight. I do 100 or more sit ups and 200 push-ups and 2 or 3 day a week work out 30-60 minuets on the wii fit. I have a 23in waist 31in hips 17 3/4 thighs aand bust 31. i would like to have smaller right now I have a size 32A. I want to be a high fashion/editorial model and I am currently having a growth spurt(1 1/2 in 2 1/2months and still growing a lot more) my mom and dad are pretty tall and I have a size 8- 8 1/2 feet. I wear size 00 and could wear a kids 12 slim or 10 normal. I can't sleep at night sometimes because of hunger I think(I am not sure). I do not want to become curvy or womanly at all I looking like a boy. Becides fashion models are super skinny. Is there a way that I can eat 1200 or more and not gain weight. I also want to stay size 00 degisners like models that thin(I think). You can also see my spine and ribs and hip bones very easily. Can I continue on this diet or do I have to eat more?
