Is this a good way to attract women...?

people say i am funny, sweet, cute, quiet, hard-working and intelligent but i have had issues with self esteem and confidence in myself and im tryin to put them to one side and bring out the qualities people say i have more, bein friendly when i see a girl i like and she stares back, dress well and wear my hair better (trying to grow it out a little :D) and b generally impulsive and confident around myself and others which does appear in my character occasionally. im not the greatest but one girl i know said i was cute so i can only hope it works well with this new idea i want in myself. do u think this is a good idea to achieve in myself and what do u, women, think about this?
