Did early humans routinely commit euthanasia?

You'd have to be more specific as regards what region you're referring to, and I ume you're referring to paleolithic humans of some sort. I also ume you mean modern humans ( Sapien Sapiens). So going by early African Sapien Sapiens, sometimes yes and sometimes no. Cultures were as diverse 50 thousand years ago as they are today. I wish I could be more specific, but I'm only a student as of now and my specialty is contemporary South American Indigenous cultures. Sorry I can't be of more help.
