What are the rucksacks that reach your and are low on your shoulders called?

They sort of droop at the back and rest against your back. They're so cool! In my school, in England- don't know if everywhere in England calls them this- but we call them bumbags! I know that they're fanny packs or whatever really, but I'm talking about a low RUCKSACK/BACKPACK! THANKS!
